The new customization services for PVC and PU items are:
Micro-perforation - a technology once mainly used in the automotive sector, it allows fabric coatings to be prepared for subsequent thermoforming, laminating, and adhesive processes, preventing the formation of air bubbles and ensuring breathability.
Punching - a pleasant and sophisticated “fake hole” effect suitable for customizing all types of upholstery and seating for furniture, contract, fitness, motorcycles, etc.
Perforation - through holes of various sizes for seating/furniture, nautical, automotive, and new shapes to give free rein to the imagination of design on every surface, so highly appreciated in the luxury sector.
These services are available on all Lederplast collections and can be carried out on request and on a variety of surfaces.
